Services

We operate as a platform connecting passengers with driver partners. Msincab technology private limited does not itself provide transport services; drivers are independent partners.

Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Fare estimates are provided in the app; final fares may vary. Payments through the app are secured by our payment processor.

Refund - Approved Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days. This Account is managed by Sanjay Bal.

Liability

IN CAB PARTNER shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any claims arising out of the service shall be addressed in the Rourkela jurisdiction courts.

Changes

We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
